Last meeting of EVOLVET in Portugal

From the 26/04/2017 to the 29/04/2017 representatives of the seven partner organisations of EVOLVET will travel to Porto (Portugal) in order to implement the last transnational meeting of this partnership funded under the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission. 

As final management event of the project, this encounter will allow to coordinators and outputs developers from the seven partner countries of EVOLVET to meet together and work on the coordination of the last activities to be implemented before the end of this European initiative. According to this, the meeting will have two main aims. On the one hand, to present the final draft and version of the manual for training volunteer coordinators that has been designed and tested during the previous stages of the project. On the other hand, to arrange and agree the structure and activities of the final activities of the EVOLVET: seven multiplier events (one on each partner country) that will be used to spread the project results among 140 experts, volunteers, staff and legal representatives of the third and public sector working on development projects based on volunteering. The meeting will be also useful to get to know the local team of the Portuguese partner of the project and the programmes run by this entity on the area.

EVOLVET (European VOLunteer coordinators Vocation Education and Training) is a two-year strategic partnership under the Key Action 2 of the Erasmus+ programme (vocational education and training) coordinated by the Spanish organisation CONGDCAR with the support of six entities working with development projects for social inclusion and education: Südwind (Austria), Art in Tanzania Ry (Finland), LVIA (Italy), Fund for Intercultural Education (Poland), Pista Mágica – Associação (Portugal) and Platforma dobrovolnickych centier a organizacii (Slovakia).
